Details

A late 18th-century shagreen-covered four-draw telescope, stamped on the third draw, Dollond, London. The shagreen-covered body tube features a threaded brass objective cover, four green vellum-covered draws with brass mounts, and a sliding eyepiece dust cover. The first draw has noted stable age cracks in the vellum.
