2. Product Listings All items listed for sale are one-of-a-kind antiques or vintage items. Condition and provenance are described to the best of our ability, and we welcome inquiries for additional details or photos before purchase.

3. Purchases and Payment All purchases must be paid in full at the time of sale. Payments are to be arranged by North Bay Antiques with the buyer. Currently, we are not accepting credit cards. Items will be placed on hold for 5-7 business days until a payment method has been approved. 

4. Returns: All sales are final unless prior authorization is obtained in writing from North Bay Antiques. Due to the unique and fragile nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review all information and ask any questions prior to purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability North Bay Antiques is not responsible for any damages incurred after shipping. We carefully pack each item and use reliable shipping carriers. Preferred method of shipping is through United Parcel Service unless otherwise arranged by the buyer.
