This is a unique and very rare Perkins 10-inch Green navigation lantern. Usually, a green lantern indicates the starboard side of a vessel. 360-degree anchor lanterns are not used as Port and Starboard navigation lights. This is the first variation of a Perkins anchor light with a green lens that I've seen in over 40 years of experience as a dealer and collector of marine antiques. I hope someone will enlighten me about this lantern's intended use!
