A finely detailed model of the Great White Fleet ship USS Olympia. Commissioned in 1895 and built by Union Iron Works in San Francisco, she was the flagship of Commodore Dewey during the Battle of Manila Bay in the Spanish-American War. USS Olympia is the oldest steel American warship afloat and is currently a museum in Philadelphia.
